Third-Party Connections You Enable
Customers may connect their AERONEXUM workspace to external systems they already use. These connections are optional, are enabled by an administrator in the customer's own workspace, and can be disconnected at any time.
Where a connection is enabled, data crosses only in the directions described below:
- QuickBooks Online (Intuit) — AERONEXUM writes posted accounts-receivable invoices and receipts, accounts-payable bills and payments, and the customer, vendor and item records they reference. It reads the customer's chart of accounts, customers, vendors and items in order to map them. It does not read QuickBooks transactions that AERONEXUM did not create, and it does not request access to QuickBooks Payments.
- eBay — AERONEXUM writes only the listing content a customer has prepared and explicitly approved for publication, together with the images selected for it. Internal cost, stock comments, owner details and part notes are not included in a listing.
- PartsBase — AERONEXUM sends part search criteria and receives search, availability and request-for-quote data. It does not publish customer inventory to PartsBase.
- ShipStation — AERONEXUM sends shipment addresses, package weights and dimensions in order to validate addresses, retrieve rates and purchase labels, and receives label and carrier tracking data in return.
Credentials and access tokens for these connections are stored encrypted in the customer's own tenant. Data retrieved through a connection is stored in that same tenant and is not copied to a shared or central store. Disconnecting a connection removes its stored credentials and, where the provider supports it, revokes AERONEXUM's access at the provider.
Records already written to an external system remain in that system and are governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. To request deletion of data held by AERONEXUM, contact us using the details below.
